Join Natalie in a welcoming space designed for you (and your baby!) to move and learn with confidence. While returning to exercise postpartum can feel daunting, we're here to empower you—showing that you are strong, capable, and resilient.

Classes are held in 6-week blocks every Tuesday and Thursday morning, each session lasting about an hour. During this time, you'll experience a blend of education, breath work, mobility exercises, and strength training. Our aim is to help you reconnect with your breath and pelvic floor, while building full-body strength and mobility in your postpartum journey.

*Most health insurance/benefit plans pay for group physiotherapy treatment. In order to be covered, you must first complete a physiotherapy assessment
